I have a few Notebooks in OneNote, but I noticed that one in particular called 'Papers' was never Syncing. I tried syncing it Manually and automatically, but it did not work, so I went directly into the Documents Folder and cut the Folder Named 'Papers' within C: Users. Documents OneNote Notebooks (which was empty, by the way, I am assuming it is because it was not syncing) and pasted it again. I thought for some reason, it might help.
